In accordance with Nebraska Revised Statutes, the filing deadline for Township officers, Village Board of Trustees, Board of Educational Service Units and Public Power Districts that receive annual gross
revenue of less than forty million dollars, that will hold an election in conjunction with the statewide General Election is 5:00 P.M. July 15, 2014 for incumbents of any office and 5:00 P.M. August 1, 2014 for non-incumbents. Judges must file Retention Requests with the Secretary of State’s Office by August 1, 2014 immediately preceding the expiration of their 6-year term of office.
