Joel B. Penny of Decatur, Nebraska, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017.

Visitation is Monday, September 4th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Pelan Funeral Services in Tekamah. Family will be receiving friends.

The Funeral Service is Tuesday, September 5th at 10:30 a.m. at the Decatur Fire Hall.

Burial is in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Decatur, NE.

Memorials are suggest to the family for future designation.

    Did not know Mr.Penny. But worked with Molly at Clarkson Hospital. She was a joy to work with.
