Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are expected. * WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Nebraska and west central Iowa. * WHEN…From 1 AM to 1 PM CDT Wednesday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The ice will result in difficult travel conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday. .Light freezing drizzle is expected to slowly expand over northeast Nebraska and west-central Iowa this morning before making a change over to light snow later this afternoon. Over the rest of eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa, a change over from drizzle to freezing drizzle is expected early this afternoon.
