Helpful Tips

Has anyone else noticed how buggy it is already? And wasps seem to be in abundance! We usually don’t have a problem with those little gnats until we are bringing in garden veggies, but we have them now! Found a trick to get rid of them I thought I would share. Fill a jar with apple cider vinegar, put the lid on, poke holes in the lid and place the jar, or jars, in the room where they are. I have a jar in the kitchen and bathroom and I have several dead ones already and I just placed the jars late yesterday afternoon. Better than bug spray, and safer!

Yes, the wasps are terrible this year!!!! Why is that???? If anyone has any tips for keeping them away, or killing them easily, that would be great. Seem like they are worse than ever!

    • I have heard there are wasp traps and you put sugar water in them, the wasps go in but they can’t come out. They like sugar water. I am going to check into it and try it myself.

That’s actually a really good idea… I’ve never heard of it, but I’m going to try it too! It seems like we are knocking down nests every other night any more! Thanks so much for the tip.
