- Consider approval and adoption of Ordinance 725 authorizing the early prepayment of certain outstanding sewer bonds and the issuance of its Combined Utilities Refunding Bonds, Series 2016, in a principal amount not to exceed $750,000.
- Motion to suspend the statutory requirement of reading on three separate days.
