Mylet M. Zvacek, 97, of Norfolk, NE passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation and Care Center in Norfolk, NE.

Memorial services are pending with Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home in Pender.
