James F. Frahm, 83 years, of Lincoln, Nebraska, formerly of Oakland, Nebraska, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.

Services are pending with Pelan Funeral Services Oakland.
