Paul H. Kai, Sr., age 83, of Oakland, Nebraska passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at Oakland Heights.  Funeral services with Military Honors will be on Monday, February 26, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at the Oakland VFW Hall in Oakland.  Burial will be at a later date in the Lyons Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Sunday, from 4 until 6 p.m. with family receiving friends at Pelan Funeral Services in Oakland.  Visitation will also be held at the Oakland VFW Hall one hour prior to service time.  Memorials to the family for later designation.  Pelan Funeral Services in charge of arrangements.
