LDNE Music Department Performs

By Madeline Ronnfeldt

On Monday October 21st, 2013 the Music Department held a concert. There were many ensembles who did a fantastic job. The Highschool Choir sang Praise His Holy Name, Home, America The Beautiful, Kyrie, and the Cup Song. Their accompanist was Mary Goff. The Junior High Chorus sang Ezekiel and David and Prayer. Their accompanist was also Mary Goff. The 7-12 band performed Star Wars/Raiders March, Armed Forces On Parade, and Pevensey Castle. The Northeast iPad Ensemble played Same Love and Sail. The Northeast Guitar Ensemble performed Sweet Home Alabama, Ode To Joy, and Cruise featuring Tatiyana Harris singing. The Northeast drumline performed Metal Heads and the Jazz Band played A Blues To Grow On. All the ensembles did a great job. We hope to see you at the next concert which is on December 6, 2013.
