What a nice Fourth of July celebration, was a busy weekend for many. Next week we will be having our monthly Volunteer Executive meeting on Monday July 11th at 2:30 pm. On Tuesday July 12th we will be having a cook out for the resident’s noon meal and then we will be taking them out for a Van ride at 2:30 pm. On Thursday July 14th Charlie Davis will be here to play his harmonica. And on Saturday July 16th the Rusty Buckets will perform at 2:30 pm. We would also like to wish a Happy Birthday to Dolores Anderson she celebrates her birthday on July 10th.

Church Service for Sunday July 10th at 2:30 pm will be given by the Evangelical Free Church with a luncheon served afterwards. There will be Catholic Mass on Tuesday July 12th at 9:30am given by Father Paul.

Activities for the week of July 11th   to July 16th     are as follows, Reading with Jill, Manicures, Sing a Long, Bingo the w/Evang. Free., Coffee and Conversations,   Bible Fellowship,  Let’s Play Ball, Crafty Cooking, Friday Bingo, Saturday morning video, and Lawrence Walk.

Volunteers signing in last week were; Judy Nelson, Mary Donavan, Anne Anderson, Betty Hanna, Marge Maller, Patty Miller, Bonnie Fleischman, Dani Moseman, Pat Anderson, Nadine Anderson, Judy Stone, Sly Rouse, and Seth Anderson.

It is so nice to have winter behind us and a new season just beginning. Winners of the door prize drawing from the Easter Bazaar were: Mary Donovan, Mary Cater, Bev Peterson and Dee Knobbe.

Activities for this week are: Reading with Marilyn, manicures, Communion with First Lutheran, Catholic Mass, sing a long, game day, Bingo with staff, care plans, coffee and conversation, Bible Fellowship, local paper, Maundy Thursday Church Service, Let’s Play Ball, crafty cooking, Good Friday Church Service, video, birthday cake for Delwin Benne, Lawrence Welk, Easter Brunch and Church Service with Evangelical Free Church.

Volunteers signing in last week were: Betty Hanna, Judy Nelson, Seth Anderson, Mary Donovan, Anne Anderson, Dani Moseman, Sly Rouse, Nadine Anderson, Lola Bridgeford.

Guests signing in last week were: Mary and Ron Plageman to see Dorothy Larson and Jane Neitzke to see Wilma Nitzke.

We would like to wish a special Happy Birthday to Dorothy Larson she turned 104 on Wednesday January 6th. Next week on Tuesday January 12th at 2:30 pm is Nancy Silvey’s 10 year Employee Anniversary Party. On Thursday January 14th Charlie Davis will come and play the Harmonica at 2:30 pm. On Saturday January 16th the Rusty Buckets will be here to perform at 2:30 pm.
