L&M Shop Closing its Doors

L&M Dress Shop in Lyons, NE is closing its doors at the end of the month.

Lana Minton has owned the business for 18 years. “I also worked here for ten years before owning it,” Lana stated.  Lana’s sister Rita Lane also has worked at the Lyons business for years.

Business has slowed down, resulting in the decision to close down.

She has 60-75% sales on clothing and other items from today, March 13^th, until the 31^st, which is the last day the shop will be open.

“We have been very busy going through things and getting them ready for the sale,” Lana said. “The sale has been going great.”

Lana has the building for sale. “I have had one person show interest so far,” Lana stated.

She recently opened a new clothing store, Lana A Boutique, on Main Street in West Point, where Style Plus was formerly located. Rita will also stay on board working for Lana. “I am very excited about my new business. It is going great,” Lana said.
