Charles “Chuck” Frahm, 81 years, of Norfolk, Nebraska, formerly of Oakland, Nebraska, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Norfolk Veteran’s Home in Norfolk.

Memorial Service will be Tuesday, August 30, 2016, 10:30 a.m. at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oakland.  Military Honors  will be conducted at the church following the service.

No Visitation.  Burial will be at a later date.  Memorials to the family for later designation.
