Nearly Five Inches of Rain has Water Standing in Oakland Park

Rain came in downpours Monday and Tuesday, with rain gauges showing 4 1/2 to 5 inches of rain in Oakland. The south side of the Oakland Park was left with a great deal of water standing as a result of two rainy days, unusual for August.
