Jerry Lewis, 65, of Tekamah NE

Jerry M. Lewis, 65 years, of Tekamah, Nebraska, passed away Friday, April 8, 2016 at CHI Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha.

Visitation will be Mon., April 11th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Pelan Funeral Services in Tekamah. Family will be receiving friends.

The Funeral Service is Tues., April 12th at 10:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Tekamah. Visitation will also be held at the church on hour prior to the service. Military Honors will be held at the cemetery. There will be a luncheon from 12:00-4:00 p.m. at the VFW Post 2503 in Omaha.

Burial is in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha.

Memorials suggested to the family for later designation.
