Helen Hohenstein, 74 years, of Lyons, Nebraska, passed away on Sunday, August 21, 2016 at her home in Lyons.

A Memorial Service will be held Wed., Aug. 31st at 10:30 a.m. at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Lyons. There won’t be a visitation.

Burial is in the Tekamah Cemetery.

Memorials suggested to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.

Pelan Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
