   4. Federated Insurance Co is exiting the Healthcare business. The City needs to find another insurance company for healthcare.
   5. Are there any special projects to budget for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 from the Council? What percentage for wage increases? Need amounts to budget.
   6. Set up a budget workshop in latter July or August.
