Patchy fog could lead to rapidly changing conditions if driving. Additionally, fog may freeze on elevated surfaces or roads and sidewalks. FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM
CST FRIDAY. 

* VISIBILITY...DROPPING TO 1/4 TO 1/2 MILE. COULD BE NEAR ZERO IN
SOME SPOTS. 

* IMPACTS...DRIVERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SLOW DOWN AND ALLOW EXTRA
TIME TO REACH DESTINATIONS.
