Leslie Lee Castor was born to Wilbert and Ruth (Christopher) Castor February 28, 1945 in Decatur, Nebraska. He passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Elmwood Care Center in Onawa, Iowa.
Leslie was raised in Decatur, attending Decatur Public School, and later becoming a farmhand.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Helen Edie, Melbern Castor, Fred Castor, Marilyn Webster, Dwain Castor, Charles Castor, Connie Newton, Luella Hoggatt, Kenneth Castor.
He is survived by his siblings, Joseph Castor of Ocean Springs, MS, Gene Castor of Decatur, Harriet Peterson of Bellevue, NE, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held Sat., April 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Decatur NE.
Memorials are donor’s choice.

Evelyn Eunice (Harmer) Morgan was born October 20, 1929 in Walthill Nebraska to Samuel Everett and Rachel (Bonham) Harmer. She passed away Thursday, February 25th, 2016 at the Pender Community Hospital in Pender. She moved with her parents to Decatur at age 2, where they built the family home. She was baptized and confirmed at United Methodist Church in Decatur, where she remained a lifetime member.
She was united in marriage to James Floyd Morgan on May 13, 1947. The couple farmed, raised chickens, pigs and cattle east of the Rosalie area, northwest of Decatur, where they built their home and raised their son and daughter. The couple shared a passion for and attended many music festivals and dances. Jim passed away July 25, 2002. She continued to live on the farm where she loved to work outside, caring for the farmstead, lawn and flowers. She also enjoyed sewing, outdoor painting and “fix-it” challenges, and loved working with machinery and farming with her husband. She enjoyed her children and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rachel and Everett Harmer; brother Charles Harmer; sisters Dorothy Taylor and Everetta Bonneau; sister-in-law Dorothy Shamburg; brother–in-law Rex Morgan.
Survivors include two children, Jim (Jean) Morgan and Kathleen (Jack) Buhr, both of Decatur, sister Mildred Edgington of South Sioux City, brother Sam (Linda) Harmer of Tekamah, brother-in-law Don Bonneau of Henderson Nevada; sisters-in-law Iva Anderson; Verna Vogt; Jean Thomas and Elva Barnett; brothers-in-law Ralph Morgan; Max Morgan; Jack Morgan and Jary Morgan, 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service will be Sat., Feb. 27th at 10:30 a.m. at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Lyons NE. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at the church.
Burial is in the Lyons Cemetery in Lyons NE.

Philip W. McVeigh, 81 years, of Tekamah, Nebraska passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Community in Blair, NE.
Visitation will be held on Sun., Feb. 21st from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Pelan Funeral Services in Tekamah. Family will also be receiving friends during this time. Visitation will also be held at the church one hour prior to service.
The Funeral Service will be held Mon., Feb. 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Tekamah.
Burial, with military honors, is in the Tekamah Cemetery.
Memorials suggested to the family for designation at a later time.

Jane R. Kelly, of Uehling, Nebraska, was born June 23, 1942 to Jack and Eyvonne (Spears) Wederquist in Bell, California. She passed away February 13, 2016 at Premier Estates in Fremont, Nebraska at the age of 73.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her daughters, Renee (Troy) Duke Metcalf of Forest Lake, MN, Sue Kelly of Kansas City, MO, Jenara Eichelberger of Kansas City, MO; son, Paul (Kim) Kelly, Jr. of Oakland, IA; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; special friends, Tom and Phyllis Meyer of Uehling.
A Memorial Service will be held Tues., Feb. 23rd at 11:00 a.m. at Premier Estates of Fremont in Fremont NE.
