Burt County Brass Quintet to Perform at Burt County Fair Saturday

There is something exciting, expressive and powerful about a brass quintet.  Add to this exceptional sound a wide selection of American music and you have the recipe for a popular performance!  This is exactly what the Burt County Fair in Oakland has in store for you and your family this Saturday.
Saturday, August 5 at 2pm in the Pavilion, the Burt County Fair presents the Burt County Brass Quintet.  This popular music group that has concertized over three counties in six years will be playing an “All American Music” concert.  Music from early America to Broadway to the Beatles will be featured by this performing group at the Burt County Fair this Saturday.
Members of the Burt County Brass Quintet are Gary Fugman and Jim Groth, trumpets, Lisa Mutzenberger, French horn, Matt Smoot, trombone and Viktor Sundleaf, tuba.  The BCBQ is available to perform for your town, organization or gathering.  Contact any member of the Quintet or call Pastor Gary Fugman at 349-1953.  Mark your calendars to hear the BCBQ in future Christmas concerts; December 3 at 6pm at the Swedish Heritage Center in Oakland and December 10 at the Neihardt Center in Bancroft at 2pm and the Library in Lyons at 4pm.
